Special Event Facilities
Select areas of the Museum are available to rent for private events. The beautifully renovated Dorothy McIlvain Scott American Wing provides the ideal setting for milestone celebrations, intimate dinner parties, wedding ceremonies and receptions, rehearsal dinners, bar/bat mitzvahs, business mixers, board meetings, holiday parties, and more.

Joseph and Rebecca Meyerhoff Auditorium
Consider renting the BMA’s Joseph and Rebecca Meyerhoff Auditorium as an elegant venue for concerts, screenings, business presentations, dance showcases and theatrical performances. Located on the second floor of the East Lobby, the auditorium is equipped with film and digital projectors, industry-quality sound and lighting systems, a stage suited for dance and theatrical performances, piano, portable Marley dance floors, and seating for 363 guests.
